How long does it take to receive a cash rebate?
Cash rebate will usually be available in your account within 10 days since the transaction. If there continues to be a delay, please email us at support@bloomrewards.zendesk.com with the receipt, your phone number registered with Bloom, and the last 4 digits of your linked VISA Card, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I made a transaction 3 business days ago, why can't I see my transaction record?
There could be a few reasons:
(1) the transaction has only been authorised but not settled, we are working hard to process this transaction for you as soon as possible;
(2) the transaction may not have been made at one of our partnering brands;
(3) the transaction is not made within the programme period;
(4) the transaction has not been made with an eligible linked card on your Bloom account.
A friend invited by me has linked their Visa card on Bloom. Why have we not received the "Referral Program" rewards yet?
There could be a few reasons:
(1) the rewards will take up to 7 business days to distribute;
(2) the inviter has not fulfilled the prerequisite for the reward. Please note the inviter must have added a Visa card, spent at least once on our merchants and received a successful cash rebate to be eligible for the reward. You can invite friends at any time. Once you have received a cash rebate, both of you will get the "Referral Program" reward.
How to calculat the Bloom Coins reward for selected merchants?
In the selected merchant page, it includes BLOOM's original 2% basic rewards and the merchant's X% rewards. The selected merchant page will then display X+2% rebate. For example, HKTVAMLL shows 12% Bloom Coins rebate, which includes 2% basic rewards on any spending and 10% rebate on selected merchants.
How do I convert Bloom Coins into crypto?
Link a Visa card to Bloom and start earning Bloom Coins with every spend on the linked card. The earned Bloom Coins can then be convert into different types of crypto. You can visit the "Rewards" page and click on "Convert" to reach the "Crypto Rewards". Click on the "Tutorial" button on the top right of the page to learn how to convert coins in 3 simple steps.
